I’ve tried this diet once before and made it halfway. I’m insisting on finishing it this time since I’m balls deep in a relapse.

General rules/guidelines:
1. Eat less than your goal? Beautiful, those calories can be saved for another day.
2. Burned some calories? Fantastic, those calories can be used another day.
3. Binged? Lame, those calories will come off another day.

I’m already three days in. Let’s do this.

I had: 1/2 of oatmeal (150) with half a cup of oat milk (40) and 2 tsp of cinnamon sugar (30)
I burned: 140 calories from walking around and cycling.

Excess calories (remaining calories + exercise): 420

Height: 5'6

HW: 240lbs
LW: 72lbs
GW: 101lbs

I had: 1 package of instant maple brown sugar oatmeal (160) with half a cup of oat milk (40) and a strawberry fruit bar (130)
I burned: 50 calories from walking.

Excess calories (remaining calories + exercise): 640

I had: 1 cup of oatmeal (300), a cup of oat milk (80), a tbsp of strawberry syrup (45) and a tsp of cinnamon sugar (15)
I burned: 111 calories from walking.

Excess calories (remaining calories + exercise): 611

I had: 500g of Watermelon (150), a package of Greek yogurt (80), three slices of calorie wise bread (105) and two large eggs (140)
I burned: 260 calories from walking.

Excess calories (remaining calories + exercise): 796
