I think sometimes it’s reactive - like a reflex and therefore hella tough to stop.

Yesterday I had a mild panic attack and was verbally stabby all evening. So that was fun. I did have a slightly higher intake and admit I do feel much better today. So maybe I just cut it a little small. I usually aim for 1200 and we burn 200 on our walk but I think I was a little shy of that for a few days and my body just refused to cooperate

Anyway i did lose some bloat around my middle this AM (waist is looking SNATCHED) so back to not eating much. RIP my family haha

Happy Saturday. Might head to the farmers market for some veggies. Easy low cal food

Hi y’all!

Haven’t been here in quite a while....flirted with eating “ normally” for a bit, got a new job which I actually like, started working from home because of Corona and now have gained 10 freaking lbs! I’m mortified!

I got sick over a week ago (finally got on anxiety meds and I think they make me nauseous *silently thrilled*) and it triggered a massive relapse to my old standbys....over exercising and restricting to my faithful safe foods...90 cal granola bars, caramel rice cakes, sugar free Werthers, tortilla with 40 cal of sharp cheddar and copious amounts of diet soda. Yay.

Missed you guys and glad to see this forum is alive and well

tomatoes are amazing.  High volume low cal. 

 

I did eat 2 ears of corn....no butter obs, just my frou frou pink himalayan sea salt lol

My weekly progress: So I went went down to 112 yesterday when I weighed. Hoping for 110 in a week. I have still been running most days but there were a couple I missed last week.

Today's edition of "what my hubs ate"

 

Food so far today. 

 

Me - half a baked omelette (5 eggs, 1c milk, many veggies, a bit of cheese) - split this with the hubs (under 500 cals and will be half my food for the day)

 

Him - half the omelette, two peanut butter Drumsticks (ice cream cones 370 calories each), a cup of margarita mix (so much sugar lol) and now he's heating up 2 slices of Coscto pizza (it's huge).

 

It's 130 here and he slept until 1045 hahahaha

I didn’t even know they made peanut butter Drumsticks, yum!

I kept it at 675 today and feel good. Still having a bit of nausea occasionally so that’s helping to keep me on track.

Spent the day with my parents and acted like a sneaky teenager throwing away my grapes. So lame.

Morning all

Sorry I've been a bit AWOL the last few weeks, been trying to stay off the board and get on with some life.

I've been drifting the last couple of months and have basically stayed the the same weight, even though I've gained and lost numerous lbs.

I gave myself a week off, and basically ate and drank all the things I haven't had in over a year, even ice cream from the ice cream van. I looked about 7 months pregnant by the end of the week and I'd gained 7lb. But 1 week later after eating a sensible high restriction I'm back where I started and ready to get on with the next phase.

I to have added carbs back into the mix, only low gi and non processed but having more options is great. I'm aiming to lose 10lb in 10 weeks and finally get to my first actual goal weight.

Morning y’all!

I walked outside this morning.... usually do the treadmill when it’s hot outside...and it felt really good to sweat.

Working from home I’ve gotten way too sedentary and have to set reminders to get up and and walk.

Aiming for under 700 again today.

Whenever I start to manage what I am eating it feels like hubby sabotages me. I really don't believe it's on purpose but it does bother me. I gave in this weekend when he made GF waffles with cherry pie filling. 

 

I was up on the scale this morning (of course) but I think I can correct it in the next day or two. 

 

This week will be getting and staying on track and to not let myself get derailed with any "kindness."

880 total but...... I did have a migraine and decided to eat some protein and help myself out a bit.

So far so good today.

I’m at 480 and will stop at 600. Couldn’t exercise as much as I wanted to because of family stuff, but got in a really good upper body workout so that’ll have to do.

I'm at this place where I'm fat, want to stuff my face, and can't wait to be thin and will never get there all at once lol

 

And I want to weigh in but am certain it will be disappointing.

Update for me - Had to meet friends last night for dinner so ate more than I wanted to of course. Didn’t weight this morning. I joined an accountability board for losing 2 pounds per week- so hoping I meet that on Saturday.

I've been putting off joining this thread for the month of August, because I haven't been sure about what I wanted/needed to be doing right now. A lot has been going on with my health (more about that in my personal accountability). In any case, I now know what I'm doing for the short term, which is fasting. I'm currently on a 7-day fast, with my only intake being water, black decaf coffee, and non-caloric supplements. I just passed hour 38.  :) 

 

My stats are:

 

Age: 54

Height: 5'5"

CW: 123.6 (BMI 20.6) :( 

 

I was 135 lbs (BMI 22.5) back in March!  :( 

 

LW (adult): 87 lbs (BMI 14.5)

HW: 165 lbs (last pregnancy -- age 35)

GW: 90 (BMI 15)
