Anyone else here tells themselves that any food they eat they should have given to their kid and is less food the kid can have?
Yes, my kids are little so I feel this way and it helps me to not eat. Also, when they throw away food, I feel I have to skip meals to make up for the food they wasted. But, sometimes, when they waste food, I'll eat it because I feel bad for it going to waste. . .such a mental eff-up I am. haha

"In the dark of the night, I was tossing and turning,
and the nightmare I had was as bad as can be.
It scared me out of my wits.
A corpse falling to bits!
Then I opened my eyes,
and the nightmare was me!"
