Anyone else here tells themselves that any food they eat they should have given to their kid and is less food the kid can have?

I can relate to this, I used to tell myself this this when she was little. Now that she’s old enough to notice whether or not I’m eating, I can’t let myself believe this anymore...

Yes, my kids are little so I feel this way and it helps me to not eat. Also, when they throw away food, I feel I have to skip meals to make up for the food they wasted. But, sometimes, when they waste food, I'll eat it because I feel bad for it going to waste. . .such a mental eff-up I am. haha

Can relate. Especially since s/o got laid off and money is super tight, I feel like every bite I eat is taking food from my kids, even though we still have enough money to buy regular groceries with unenployment.

and the nightmare I had was as bad as can be.

It scared me out of my wits.

A corpse falling to bits!

Then I opened my eyes,

and the nightmare was me!"

I do, especially since I’m so poor
