I started to gain, then violently slipped into a restriction phase. Now I'm down more than I have been in years.

I lost :)

I didn't have to deal with having to eat for the sake of keeping up appearances so I was pretty much eating one meal a day.
I wasn't stressed so I wasn't binging.

She's imperfect, but she tries

She is good, but she lies

She is hard on herself

She is broken and won't ask for help

She is messy, but she's kind

She is lonely most of the time

She is all of this mixed up and baked in a beautiful pie...

...She is gone, but she used to be mine

I've actually done neither, pretty much. I've been doing binge-restrict cycles for like the entire time. The amount of fat I had went up because I've done literally nothing, but I'm still pretty much the same weight.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. I was at nearly 125 lbs at the peak of lockdown, then afterwards I ended up restricting more successfully than the last 4 years combined

Lost 8lbs it triggered a major restriction phase due to a need for control and basically no one was around to check my weight or watch me eat so I could fast in peace.

And I'm still losing because we're on a local lockdown rn.

Gaines 6-7kg, but I quit smoking at that time what probably contributed more to the weight gain than lockdown.
I have an office job and continued my regular work, just from home. After a while I binged a lot less because I feel a lot less stressed now and have no need for comfort rating.

lost a pretty substantial amount because i got bored with food due to it no longer being a social event (no restaurants or eating with friends) and also because i started spiralling & my ED became the only thing keeping my head above water.

now that i'm back at work/semi-normal life i've been maintaining for like a month BUT i'm gradually lowering my intake back to where it was so we'll get this ball rolling again soon.

At first I lost because I was anxious and had no appetite. Then I started baking a lot and eating all of my comfort foods (bread, pasta, etc.) and gained... finally after about a month of doing that I got back into exercise and working out and lost what I gained... now I'm in a restriction phase again and hoping to stay here.
