Just wondering if anyone has any experience with ashwagandha. I have a bottle of it but I also bought a “thyroid support” supplement that has it.

Full disclosure: I have an autoimmune thyroid disorder and yes I know these supplements aren’t necessarily the best for my thyroid but I’ve read that it can lower TSH which I’m desperate to do.

So yeah. Any experiences?

Yep. It did nothing for me except make me moody.

I took it and it helps me with depression.. it really relaxed my mind.

Brands I've tried are Pukka and the UK-brand Focus Supplements.

I took it together with Rhodiola Rosea Extracts because people were recommending that online.

I take it twice a day (when I remember the second dose). Have no clue if it does anything and am still on first bottle...perhaps 3 months worth. Says it supports immune system so what the heck. Don't know if I'll buy it again. Unmeasurable benefits.
