I know there are a lot of risks with purging. But are there really any health risks with chew spitting as long as you are actually eating enough nutrients?
She's imperfect, but she tries
She is good, but she lies
She is hard on herself
She is broken and won't ask for help
She is messy, but she's kind
She is lonely most of the time
She is all of this mixed up and baked in a beautiful pie...
...She is gone, but she used to be mine

It could damage/erode your tooth enamel, depending on how often and what types of food you chew spit. Apart from that, I’m not sure if there are any other health risks. I don’t chew spit often.
Height: 5’1” Highest Weight: 170.4 Highest BMI: 32.2 Current Weight: 109.2 (1-12-21) Current BMI: 20.6
I don’t know what my goals are. I just know that I need to quit bingeing and purging, but that is easier said than done.
The last time I purged: January 13th, 2021

if you eat something filling and water beforehand, as well as brush teeth afterwards, very little is done. however if you dont eat beforehand, your stomach will produce acids and become upset, cause ulcers (permanent), insulin is released with nothing to digest so you become hungry and your metabolism slows way down. Digestive fluids in your mouth can cause irritation to gums and throat and erode teeth, and cavities. I also heard that the glands that produce spit can become inflamed if you sit there and chew and spit a lot of food. Personally I only chew and spit 1 dessert item or a high calorie meal, never more than a meal though
