Hey all you lovely guys, gals, & spectrum specters!

 

I am starting a full month round of HSGD beginning August 31st

The intent is to start on a monday, which so happens to be the last day of August, soOoOOOoOo

Whether you just want to drop a few lb/kg's, or seek to drop September to its knees,

or simply want to look AMAZING in your Captain Marvel costume this halloween..

COME JOIN ME!

 

If you don't already know, days look like this:

I have been a little ::cough cough:: lax on my efforts lately and need a fixed calorie schedule to get me back on track!

You can choose any modification you'd like, we will just pop in daily to lay out our intake

Weigh in's/measurements not necessary

Just good ol' fashion structure

COME ONE, COME ALL

2020 has been relentlessly shafting us, so let's give it right back!

I'll do so now so I have a set plan of what I want to accomplish

Hopefully this will keep my eye on the light at the end of this tunnel

I’m totally joining this on Monday. I've missed this diet and my BMI is at an all time high right now, almost obese. So yea, I'm in here!

Yooo I’m totally joining if that’s ok! The last 2 months have been awful with losing (I think I ended up gaining almost 3kg/6lbs) but the past few days I’ve been good at sticking to/below 800cal! So HSG should be a breeze hopefully

Am I all good to post my daily updates here or should I start my own thread? Good luck!

Edit: sorry, reread the post and saw you said about posting in here, already got brain fog lmao

Well hey there Neiph

Yeah jump on in!

That theres' the beauty in these threads.. motivation through solidarity. I too have been less than satisfied with my current scale readings, and also have been restricting around the daily caps of HSGD lately. The biggest differences is I dont currently have a calorie cap, so though I am keeping them relatively low, I think I'll enjoy having rigidity in the numbers.

I know how daunting it can be when you see those high numbers.. I know I've seen weights that I would have never fathomed I'd get to, but hey, all the more weight to lose! Hopefully we can view this as a fun competitive game with the best of prizes (belt notches).

Could not have picked a worst start date if I tried. 2 days from shark week and S/O is taking me on a whole date day out to Fairbanks

Alright, the day is near an end. Finishing off my last meal as I write this entry

 

887/900

B: 1/2 cup oats, 1/3 banana - 188

L: Halo Top, pickle, tomato, sugarfree jello, skinny pop - 259

D: Beyond Burger patty, iceberg, onion, pickle, tomato, mustard - 290

Dessert :) 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp PBFit, 2 tsp cacoa powder, sugarfree hazlenut syrup, 1 tbsp sugarfree jelly - 150

 

As you can see lunch was a series of snacking

Fairbanks was essentially closed city wide so the Mr. and me went shopping around town. Walking, but that's the only exercise

A few days before todays weigh in I was 140, so expect to perform an overnight magic trick once I'm all bled out lol

B- homemade borscht, 1/2 cucumber, veg cheese - 109

L- 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 1 tsp PBfit, 2 tsp cacoa, scoop collagen - 284

S- SF jello x's 4, probiotic prunes, 1/2 cucumber - 85

D- Shiritaki noodz, veg cheese, salsa, mushroom- 106

D- My regular dessert, plus an extra 3/4 banana - 229

 

Ended up a little over today, but not fretting about it as I exerted quite a bit.

You can see I switched my breakfast with my lunch because I had to work a 12 30 trip.

Rowing a boat for 2 hrs requires a bit of stable energy

I've also been doing Chloe Tings 2 week shred, today being my 2nd day

It's a great workout, I still haven't done the optional "ab line" workout tonight, but just finished my banana protein dessert so might still go for it

hi hi, sorry I didn't pose these earlier, Mondays & Tuesdays are like 16 hour days for me lol. Also I did weigh myself on these days but my app is stupid and doesn't show me exact weight on exact days :/ It was around 81KG/178lbs.

 

Monday 31/08

 

631/900

 

Breakfast:

I know that for the sake of science and raw data it would be helpful to post daily weigh-ins.. but I think I'm holding off till the 1st week is through. I wish you both a huge flush and to keep killin it. So proud you are even staying under some days! (Haha not me im eating to the line)

so I weighed myself this morning and like... im very confused. 3/4 days ago I weighed 80.8KG/178.1lbs. 3 days of eating under 800cals and then yesterday of no food, and this morning I am 81.6Kg/179.8 lbs. what the actual fuck.

i have no food weight in me, no BM weight... this is so stupid.

 

Wednesday 2/09 - Day 3

SW:80.6KG / 178.1lbs

CW: 81.6KG / 179.8lbs (technically thursdays weight)

66/900

 

3 coffees - 60 cal

Kombucha - 6 cal

 

(I've never gone a day without eating and it got to like 7pm and I was like, I'll just see if I'm able too... so proud that I managed it! Will probably eat today tho.)

My dude, that is a head scratcher... 

I'd bet my bottom dollar it's due to some silly water weight nonsense. Wouldn't fret about it quite yet, I'm sure in due time you'll get a woosh. At least you didnt have to see 180 again!

 

This is sorta why I'm avoiding daily weigh-ins... bodies dont make sense and it drives me up the wazoo

How do you guys manage to keep under the limit everyday? What do you tell yourselves that gets you to stay committed?

Im usually not hungry until later in the day so i wont have many calories in the morning, which means I have more calories in the evening and dont end up going over :)

It's difficult, that's for sure. Today I went over by about 200 cals because I am doing Chloe Tings 2 week shred and it's day 3, which is infamously difficult. I only ate fruit today, plus allowed myself half a scoop of protein powder after the workout to help with muscle fatigue. Will try to keep it within the lines though. You both got this, once we get into the swing of things we will adjust

D- 2 cups cantaloupe, 1 1/2 cups watermelon, 2 1/2 bananas, 1/2 scoop pea protein powder - 499

 

So today was a fruit cleanse

I've been, ahem, "backed up" for a few days so thought I'd this might get me to groovin

Sorta worked, but mostly peed A L O T

Chloe Ting has been kickin my flabby ass, so hopefully that helps with the overage

Thursday 3/09 ~ Day 4

SW: 80.6 kg/ 178.1 lbs
CW: 80.3 kg/ 177 lbs

Total loss so far: 0.3KG / 1.1lbs

Breakfast/Lunch:
- 3 coffee with whitener 60cal

Dinner:
- 2 chicken breasts 280
- kimchi 7
- crispy seaweed snacks 26
- soy sauce seaweed 140
- chobani fit x vanilla cookie crush yoghurt 129
- chai latte 52
- sugar free salted caramel dark choc 100

So I ended up kinda fasting for around 45/46 hours in the end!
I’m not sure if it was from fasting and then eating quite a lot or from the chicken but I had the worst stomach pain all night... still kinda hurts :/

Good news tho, weight seems to have gotten back to normal!
