B- nada - 0

L- 3 packs of roasted chestnuts - 600

D- 1 1/2 pack roasted chestnuts - 250

-BINGE-

 

I consider today my first real fail.

I need to learn that I really can't be trusted to mono anymore, I just go nuts (he he egh)

Was hoping to shed some quick grams off my weigh in for Monday but ended up triggering a B/P that was.. regrettable

I ate: onion soup, fried cauliflower rice w/ tikki masala sauce and veganaise, quesadilla, 1/2 banana with Justins dark chocolate reeses cup thingys, low carb tortilla with almond butter, jam and vegan cream cheese, 3 cups of milk, and an apple

All it took was having onion soup I didn't account for (this is typical) and my reaction of well I need to get this out so might as well make it worth it (also typical)

I, unfortunately, am a pretty decent purger so got most all of it out but still assuming I absorbed around 100-200 cals??? IDFK

To make matters worst this was also the first day I skipped my exercises.. 2 days before the end of the challenge

Still sore from rowing yesterday and had to work in the gift shop today which kinda put me in a mood

Also beau woke up with a shitty attitude so that didnt do much to help

 

UGH

now to pickup the pieces

Okay quick update via mobile

I hopped on the scale this morning to see what, if any, damage I did and the scale started at 133 before I calibrated it and then it read 135.8-136.0?
I normally weigh in the front of the bus where the scale is, but brought it to the back cause it's cold AF but I think it's flatter back here?
Idk could be from the mono, the purge, or the fact that I took a day off from working out.. at any rate that is only 4lbs away from my GW for this diet please lawd let it be true

B- 2 types protein pow, 1/2 cup blueberries, pbfit, cacao, 1 1/4 tbsp pumpkin puree, 6 grapes - 310

L- cup brussel sprouts, subway veggie delight salad w/ RW vinegar, unsweetened applesauce, carrot pumpkin apple puree - 242

D- Boca burger, wellness tortilla, cup stirfry veg, riced cauliflower, tbsp hummus, 20 grapes - 274

Post workout- 1 scoop pea protein, pbfit, cacao, cup blueberries - 220

 

I think I'll start replacing my frozen banana with frozen blueberries for my post workout dessert

It seems much easier on the digestion and I still have a metric fuckton of them

They are wild picked from when they were in season, so prob chocked FULL of goodness

(the above was supposed to be entered last night but I fell asleep watching a movie with the fella)

 

Today is weigh in day and I'm still holding off hoping for a BM lol

B- 8 grapes, 3 tbsp oatmeal, 1 tbsp pumpkin puree - 88

L- Boca burger, lettuce, onion slice, mustard, bonus lightlife smartdog - 146

D- Stirfry veg, onion slice, 1 tsp hummus, scoop pea protein, 1/2 cup blueberries, cacoa, pbfit, 8 grapes - 258

Went to a bonfire- 12 grams chickpea veggie crisps, vegetarian feijoada (brazilian soup), gala apple - 336

 

Today was the last day of 2 week shred

Definitely feel more defined

WEEK 2 WEIGH IN

 

SW: 144

W1: 139.2

CW: 135.2

 

Total so far: 8.8 lbs

 

Once again, my original starting weight was largely a result of period bloat, so if you are reading this to get an idea of expected loss, don't forget to factor that in.

I estimate my true SW to be about 140-141, so closer to 5lbs lost in 2 weeks eating mostly to the limit and exercising

 

So I wanted to mention that my scale has been.. erratic

I stepped on it this morning and at first it read 138.8

I almost ran out into the highway

Calibrated it and then it said 136.5

Turned it and recalibrated and it read 135.2

Did this several times and still read 135.2, so feck it, that's what I'm going with cause it makes me feel good

 

This is the halfway point of the diet and I gotta say enjoying it so far

Hoping that I can transition easier to a higher restriction range then eventually to maintenance

Day 16 ~ 800

 

1000?/800

 

B- nada

L- impromptu date mono, roughly 355 grams consumed in 2 hrs (sigh) - 976

D- some shiritaki and veg - 30

 

Welp.. Ate some deglet noor dates, added calories, decided to do a mono to the calorie limit, counted them out, proceeded to eat all of them pretty much back to back

Then grabbed a few more

Hopefully even after having a small dinner I won't have derailed too bad

I don't care if I maintain, just plz lawd no gain

I may make this day up by swapping it with a 1000cal day haven't yet decided but if it looks funny ya'll know why

 

I fear I am the only one left in this thread

but I intend to ride it out to the end

So today was fucking atrocious.

Started out fairly strong having a meal replacement shake made into pudding

Allowed myself half a piece of chocolate covered mango

Made some split pea soup and some french onion soup

 

Then honestly reflecting back it's kind of a blur as to the order of events but I ended up B/P'ing 3x's today between 3pm and 7pm

I didn't really eat much high calorie foods, but I gorged and purged and recentered and gorged and purged and recentered and gorged and purged and finally put my foot down

 

To make matters all the worse after a very sweet n' sexy time with the fella (which I had intended to do this morning pre-terror and really didn't initially feel all that much like doing when the time came)

we ended cuddling and somehow got on the topic of kids and just had an AWFUL conversation about it

I've always wanted them, he's always stated it would be something he wanted, we proceeded tonight with just misunderstanding after miscommunication back to back leaving both of us feeling awkward and down and I just really could have gone without the whole affair

 

Tomorrow I need to finish packing and cleaning the bus so we can get out of AK, but also we plan on doing fun run with the other guides that are still here

It is my hope and my intention to fast tomorrow, whether it be pure water or compensated with a meal replacement shake to make it a liquid fast.

Seeing 135 on the scale after probably a year of not seeing it gave me a lot of hope

but also clearly kicked in my penchant for self-destructing when I hit lower goal weights

Why am I like this, why do I do this, why can't I just get it together

Day 18 ~ 950

 

Est. 1150/950

 

Okay so wow, I have been thoroughly out of control
 

Started off again pretty strong doing a liquid diet

 

By 7pm I had only ingested 320cals in the form of protein powders

 

Then we all decided to eat mushrooms and play Betrayal

Had a ton of fun but for whatever reason the mushrooms had the complete opposite of what they usually do in the form of appetite suppression and I began snacking to no end

Made 2 batches of sorbet with frozen fruit and unsweetened almond milk

That alone was about 450cals

Ate a few pita chips and a bit of this and a bit of that

 

I just didn't even try to control it, but feeling what I felt it was futile anyway

I am feeling a little lost right now

Need desperately to regain control
