Same here haven’t checked in since July! I’m sorry everyone! I was weighed at the doctors though and it was embarrassing! I felt so........I don’t know how to put it into words. ☹️

Good morning!

Going out for margs tonight so tomorrow I will be fat. Haha

Today’s plan is to have my 200cal smoothie mid morning and nothing else until then.

I asked the hubs again about weighing the cat. Once a week is all I ask. If he doesn’t step up in the next couple of days I guess I’ll need to weigh. NOT READY

Thinstrument, you have amazing resolve!

I’ve weaned myself to weighing once a week on Saturday, but still have so much anxiety the night before weigh in.

Dropped 2 lbs this week? I really wasn’t expecting to lose any since I had one day over 1000 and another at 800 and wasn’t able to workout as much due to a very hectic work week, but I’ll take it.

HE WEIGHED THE CAT 💜

Old grouchy is holding at 8 lbs. lol

Bender last night involving Mexican food and margs. Was uncomfortably full last night. Ugh

Farmers market haul included ground cherries. They were not what I expected but I ate a lot of them....also got red bell peppers, zukes, table onions, Chinese spinach, tiny plums, tomatoes and corn. I paid for 8 ears and ended up w 10. Guess it pays to be hot LMAO

Hello all just wanted to pop in and say hi, I've not been that active on mps for a bit. I'm still daily accounting on my own thread but that's about it.

I started reverse dieting last week, in an attempt to stop this binge cycle in its tracks. I've been b/p on and off the previous month and only just managing to maintain my weight the last 3 months.

I'm currently eating 1,800cals I've got around 600cals to add over the next 12 weeks to bring my metabolism up to my actual TDEE. Aiming to maintain my current weight until the new year, fix my adapted metabolism, so I'm in a good place to do a 4 week hard and fast restriction phase in the new year.

HW/SW 265lbs BMI 40.3 (17th June 2017)
CW 149.6lb
LW 150lb (as an adult), 133lb (at 16/17)

GW1 199lb (achieved 6th November 2017)
GW2 164lb healthy BMI (achieved 21st March 2020)
GW3 154lb pre babies (achieved 26th May 2020)
GW4 139lb teenage set point
Gw5 132.5 half the I used to be

Saturday took a 6.5 mile walk.   Earned a blister so yesterday hit a 10.6 mile bike ride. 

 

My butt hurts haha

 

Yesterday made a veggie baked omelette (spring onions, red pepper, zucchini, and some really ancient nutritional yeast that expired in 2019). Also made a huge bowl of veggies - I did add 12 oz shrimp but used 3 zucchini and made zoodles and julienned two red peppers.  Lots of garlic and lemon juice (also lime juice as I ran out of lemon juice)

 

Today I need to eat some corn as there are 8 years that ain't eating themselves (which would be creepy and might make it harder to get your kids to eat their veggies lol)

 

It's suddenly fall here...should go for a walk but not sure my blisters will let me.  I think if I layer 86 bandages on them it'll be fine right?  lol

Ouch on the blisters!

Happy Labor Day!

So we had a big family weekend that I’ve been dreading because of all the food, but I was able to stay in my calorie budget all three days and no one said a thing...except my mom who tried to make me eat ice cream. Luckily, I contributed a super sweet watermelon and got away with saying it was the perfect dessert.

I also took a chance and tried on some clothes and a bikini from a few summers ago and some of my skinny clothes are starting to fit. Ive gained at least ten pounds in the past year and a half at my new job so working from home has been a godsend!

Ended up doing 3+ miles on the elliptical while I wanted Secret Eaters. #iconic

Also I’m pretty sure I’m losing some weight now. These pants used to fit pretty snugly and now there’s some air space in the waist. They’re those super stretchy pull on pants and when I sit there’s some “puff” in the upper legs.

Also I think the hubs is noticing. He sounded a little funny before he said I look “really, really good” today. I wonder if I’ve gotten him so worried about triggering me that he won’t comment on my weight. LMAO 😂 oops. He’s a really good guy so it wouldn’t surprise me. (He has aspergers so sometimes our relationship is a bit different. It’s basically like being married to a mild version of Sheldon Cooper. Which is honestly amazing because if I tell him “I need X” he does it. Occasionally he falters if my feelings aren’t “logical” but he’s come to accept this haha)

Finally losing again!!!

 

New low weight - 109.0

 

Goal is to reach 105 by September 19th..... going to have to push hard for those 4 pounds.

Blisters and bike butt, don't miss them, hope your bits toughen up soon.

Your omelette sounds yum, oops I forgot about the nutritioal yeast, I've some too in the back of the cupboard, need to get that out, such a nice flavour, and great for getting in the b vits.

Im still just in my weight range, though right at the top end.

I feel so full all the time, no b/p urges no cravings. Coming up to the end of week one @ 1800 cals, I'll be upping it to 1,850 on Friday.

I started lifting weights (only small daily routines), as I've cut out all my other training, I'm down to just one walk around 1h:15mins a day, but weirdly my fitbit TDEE has gone up, must be NEAT.

Also I posted this elsewhere but this AM the hubs mentioned he’s been a little “backed up” and instantly and without thinking I rattled off the many ways to clear the pipes. I even mentioned dieter’s tea 🤦‍♀️ what was I thinking lol oof

Also kind of bloated fat today but I too am a lil backed up. Aren’t you glad you read this....Haha

New Low Weight Again! - 108.2 this morning.

 

However good that is, I did have something negative happen last night.

I fainted for the first time in my life and I was standing at the time.  NOT FUN.

 

The funny thing is, it wasn't because I didn't eat.  It was because I did.

I had a small bowl of ice cream and I think the sugar rush hit my blood stream HARD, causing it to go out of whack.

My stomach is also no bueno today. Rolling and gurgling and tight and hard. And I’m in the office today....eventually this all has to come out.

thinstrument, hope your tummy feels better...that’s miserable.

I decided to have a planned cheat day on Sunday (Yep, FINALLY football Sunday yay!!). I haven’t had a true cheat day since this relapse started. I had one day that I ate 1000 cal and that’s the closest I’ve gotten to one 😃
