Our date got postponed because it was cold (it got moved to Saturday!) so I hit the farmer's market and cooked for like 3 hours, and cleaned the house
Farmer market haul: zucchini, tomatoes, sweet corn, ground cherries, bok choi, onions, gypsy peppers (basically bell peppers with a bougie name haha)
I made my baked zucchini thing and baked some tilapia (with garlic, lemon juice, basil)...HUGE meal and so few calories. https://www.feasting...an/print/19737/ Dinner was popcorn and a beer LOL because what is life without balance.
I got SO MANY veggies though. making a HUGE stir fry to be like 3 meals this week - will make zoodles and add tofu and shrimp probably, to diced peppers and bok choi and onions. Also making baked eggs for dinner with some pepper and bok choi. Brunch today is probably ground cherries and cottage cheese.
