Also, one of my favourite books ever. Even Cowgirls Get the Blues, I remember reading this while bawling my eyes out on the train lol. And "The First Bad Man", by Miranda July.

If you like christian books:
melody carlson's diary of a teenage girl series: chloe's books (not your traditional goody goody christian book; chloe is a rock rebel lol) and caitlynn's books, secrets series: enticed(great eye opening book about human trafficking, even i your not a christian this is a great read) , damaged (abusive relationships/sexual assult story) , shattered (great book about muder, loss and drug addiction!)
If you don't like christian books:
Louise O'neill's Only Ever Yours (super triggering but an absolute must read! dystopian world veiw)
The Falling Between Us (don't know the author, deals suicide, depression, stuffs, main character deals with lots of ups and down and her co-character is a rocker)
and Paperweight (Don't know the author either; fictional eating disorder treatment stuffs)
These are all super great reads and really give you somethings to think about

Changing Ways by Julia Tannenbaum. It's based on the author's struggles with anorexia and is the first ED book I read that I really felt got it right.
