Okay so i'm being a bit dramatic because i'm super stoked on this but whatever, I wanted to share with you guys... On the first of this month I decided to crack down on my shit and get to my UGW by halloween, I had just got back from a vacation to New Orleans and hopped on the scale to find that I had gained FIFTEEN POUNDS since the last time I weighed myself, I was mortified. I decided that starting in September I was going to to cut my calories EXTREMELY low (for me) to 350cal a day and start walking at least 15k steps actually averaging around 20k a day) and I did. At first I wasn't seeing any results, it seemed like my body was holding onto water or something but I continued on for the whole first week doing this, spending HOURS just walking around my townhome (LMAO my partner thinks I'm crazy)  on the second week (this week) I got a recumbent bike that I started incorporating 2 hours a day, this made the weight COME OFF.

 

​My starting weight on 09/01 was 153lbs (barf), my weight today is 143.2, I know its right under 10lbs but still.

 

I ate stuff like Cauliflower "fried rice", Miracle noodles, TONS of egg white omelettes with salsa, watermelon, apples etc I NEVER drink my calories but I did drink diet soda, unsweetened iced tea, green tea.

 

 

Anyways, long story short I lost ten pounds in ten days and Im not stopping until I reach my UGW!!

 

 

I'll check in here periodically as I continue on.

Thank you!! The miracle noodles are okay, the brine they’re in makes them smell like fish (very bad) so in order to get rid of that you have to soak them for like 20-30 minutes and then try to cool the rest of the moisture and smell out in a pan so it’s not a super fast option but they’re okay if you aren’t in a hurry or weird about texture and yes the miracle noodles are 0 cal but tofu also has a version that’s like 20 cals for the whole package, those are good too.

Probably a lot of it because now the weight is definitely coming off slower but I'm going to keep at it as long as I can.

Unfortunately I ate like shit Sunday and Monday- purged most but my weight went back up to 145 from food/water weight. More determined than ever today to continue on and STICK TO MY CALORIE LIMIT, will update tomorrow. 

 

Still walking at least 15k steps daily + two hours on my exercise bike, going to do an hour of vinyasa flow tonight before bed. which should bring my active energy to around 1500 calories burned not including my bmr.


And the sad part is, I was getting better.

And now I'm not.

Oh also should add that diet wise im still sticking to my 350 calorie limit but have been feeling really safe just eating eggs/egg white, low carb gluten free tortillas (50 cals), salsa and avocado. Oh and the strawberries and cream 90 cal protein bars when i'm feeling really strong sweet tooth cravings.


And the sad part is, I was getting better.

And now I'm not.

They taste like shit and the texture is repulsive. I can't force myself to eat them and I can force myself to eat a LOT of shitty food lmao

So because I was getting a tattoo for 4+ hours I didn't get my steps in today, going to call it a "rest day" and go to bed early so I can wake up early tomorrow and make up for it. My arm is killing me so probably better to just hold off anyways, ate 260 calories for the day and now im going to stick to water, iced tea and coffee for the rest of the night if im hungry. Ttyt

yesterday I got my 15k+ steps in and did an hour on my exercise bike. Because I didn't workout or get my steps in + I ate some shitty food on Wednesday I was 145 that day, then on Thursday I went back down to 144....

 

Today I weighed myself and idk how it happened but Im now 142.4!!! only 2.4 away from gw1 :) 


And the sad part is, I was getting better.

And now I'm not.
