Okay so i'm being a bit dramatic because i'm super stoked on this but whatever, I wanted to share with you guys... On the first of this month I decided to crack down on my shit and get to my UGW by halloween, I had just got back from a vacation to New Orleans and hopped on the scale to find that I had gained FIFTEEN POUNDS since the last time I weighed myself, I was mortified. I decided that starting in September I was going to to cut my calories EXTREMELY low (for me) to 350cal a day and start walking at least 15k steps actually averaging around 20k a day) and I did. At first I wasn't seeing any results, it seemed like my body was holding onto water or something but I continued on for the whole first week doing this, spending HOURS just walking around my townhome (LMAO my partner thinks I'm crazy) on the second week (this week) I got a recumbent bike that I started incorporating 2 hours a day, this made the weight COME OFF.
My starting weight on 09/01 was 153lbs (barf), my weight today is 143.2, I know its right under 10lbs but still.
I ate stuff like Cauliflower "fried rice", Miracle noodles, TONS of egg white omelettes with salsa, watermelon, apples etc I NEVER drink my calories but I did drink diet soda, unsweetened iced tea, green tea.
Anyways, long story short I lost ten pounds in ten days and Im not stopping until I reach my UGW!!
