I've already started and today is day 2. I've decided to double the calories because I get faint really easily and I'm terrible at restricting. 

I've gained some of the weight back since I was last active on this site. And even then I was not at my goal weight, 

 

Let me know if you want too do it with me (if you're of age,,, I'm in my 30's and don't want to encourage ED in underage girls no offense) 

 

I will be posting daily calories and meals, some general notes and a few weigh ins. I don't like to weigh myself too much. 

 

Forgot to mention the supplements I'm taking are:

B vitamin complex

Gentle iron with vitamin c 

Vitamin c in addition to what's already in the above

Omega 3

Zinc

Vitamin D 

Magnesium citrate powder 

Thyro smart 

Herbal Magic appetite suppressant

Posting this for accountability maybe I will stick to it if I know people are looking

 

Day 1 1000 cal 

Day 2 1000 cal

Day 3 600 I may have gone a tad over with a little extra mayo no biggie I won't beat myself up

Day 4 800  actually clocked in under today to slightly make up for going over yesterday 

Day 5 200

Day 6 600 swapped with day 7

Day 7 400 swapped with day 6

Day 8 800

Day 9 1000 went a bit over with snacks while watching a show. Not too concerned. 

Day 10 fast

Day 11 700 swapped with day 14

Day 12 800 swapped with day 13  Probably went a bit over.. was feeling faint while cleaning and ate some chocolate 

Day 13 400 swapped with day 12 had to go a couple hundred calories over. Feeling faint sucks and is scary especially when in public.

Day 14 300 swapped with day 11  went majorly over and threw up (not intentionally) 

Day 15 500

Day 16 400 went over today by 350 cal damn it.. trying not to beat myself up for it. 

Day 17 fast

Day 18 400

Day 19 200  went over with pizza today so mad but my body needed something

Day 20 fast getting so bad at his.. I couldn't stick to fasting due to BF coming over

Day 21 600 was within ballpark, maybe a bit over, but closer to maintenance than this 

Day 22 500 Within this ballpark again ..lots of walking today

Day 23 400 

Day 24 300

Day 25 200 went way over.. almost 1000 net this is getting so so hard.

Day 26 100 Stuck to it. Had a matcha latte with stevia and a tiny handful of chips because cravings

Day 27 200

Day 28 400

Day 29 200

Day 31 1600

Day 32 fast         COMPLETELY FELL OFF HERE DUE TO PMS AND THANKSGIVING LEFTOEVERS  AS WELL AS STRESS.

Day 33 500

Day 34 700

Day 35 900

Day 36 fast         RESUMED TODAY 

Day 37 1000

Day 38 900

Day 39 800

Day 40 700 went over due to pizza and beer.. still below maintenance. 

Day 41 600 was closer to maintenance but still under so I'm not feeling too bad.

Day 42 500

Day 43 400

Day 44 400

Day 45 500 stayed within ballpark..went for a 9 mile walk today also (I only track net calories)

Day 46 200 didnt follow this today, total fail

Day 47 600

Day 48 400

Day 49 300

Day 50 fast     DONE!!!

Day 1 and 2 were pretty easy as I never really go above 1500 calories most days. I'm dreading tomorrow though. This has always been my pattern with ABC whether modified or not.

Day 3:

600 calories allowed

Breakfast: 1 tin smoked oysters (had a craving and was convenient lol) 200 cal

Lunch/Dinner: (haven't had yet put planning ahead) Salmon sandwich with tiny pit of mayo on brown bread 350 cal and mixed greens with olive brine as dressing probably 20 cal 

Nothing else planned but I hate speaking too soon in case I happen to jinx it lol

Snack: tea with tiny splash of almond milk

I'll do it. I already ate 900 something calories today and I feel like total ass. Burned around 400, and I'm not happy with it, but that's fine. I'll start in at like day fourish? If that works :)

I totally forgot to mention that I'm in my thirties, since it seems like everyone is mentioning their ages.

I’m down! I am 21. My goal is to start on Monday, but I may have to wait until Tuesday because I will be back by myself and I won’t have to worry about trying to hide anything!

HW: 168lbs

I ALWAYS get so hungry at night. I guess it's from my years of working the night shift and typically being a night owl to begin with. Covid office hours have only worsened my late night habits. 

I am actually starving and going to have a bowl of steamed veg and a large green tea.. that'll count towards tomorrows calories.

Day 4:

 

Early AM snack: Steamed mixed veg 40 cal

Green tea 0 cal 

 

Breakfast: 2 eggs 150 cal aprox. not counting hot sauce 

 

No lunch

 

Dinner: ramen noodle soup and a few dill pickles. 400 cal

 

lots of tea and water

Day 1 (500 limit), 50 days to go

SW: 127 lbs (BMI: 19), Body fat: 18%

GW: 100 lbs (BMI: 15)

Going to do original version but might double on days I feel very weak.

Today went well. I had ton of energy, drank coffee with mct's and some butter, celery juice and veggie soup for dinner.

Exercise: walk and bike

Intake: about 500

Day 4:

Just waiting for my fast to finish, which will be at around 10am, then I have some blueberries and a banana, as well as some broth planned to keep up electrolytes.

Currently have some tea at the moment, and loads of water.

Fast finished!

Current breakfast now:

Banana: 111g
Blueberries: 100g
NSA Chicken Broth: .75 cups
Benefiber: .5 tablespoons

Total: 176 calories

I prefer eating later in the day due to working afternoons, but because I don't work today, I can do whatever tf I want, so I'm taking my time

Lunch now!

Consisted of:

Salad: 71g
Fat free Zesty Italian Dressing: 1tbsp
Shredded 100% Parmesan: 13g
Sliced Roma Tomato: 120g

Total: 81 calories

Dinner is going to be calorie and protein heavy, since my husband is baking chicken thighs, and there's a smoked honey dijon bbq sauce I've been eyeing.

Dinner time:

Consisted of:

Boneless skinless chicken thighs: 130g
Smoked Honey Dijon BBQ Sauce: 1tbsp
Premier Protein Shake: 1 bottle

Total: 212 calories for chicken and sauce, 160 calories for the shake.

I haven't finished my workout for the day, since I usually aim for a minimum of 6,000-10,000 steps on my off days. But since the temperature has dropped so much, it was a small 2.5km walk with the dog. So the rest of it is going to be done tonight when the husband leaves. I'll post my net intake when I'm done!
