I've already started and today is day 2. I've decided to double the calories because I get faint really easily and I'm terrible at restricting.
I've gained some of the weight back since I was last active on this site. And even then I was not at my goal weight,
Let me know if you want too do it with me (if you're of age,,, I'm in my 30's and don't want to encourage ED in underage girls no offense)
I will be posting daily calories and meals, some general notes and a few weigh ins. I don't like to weigh myself too much.

Vitamin c in addition to what's already in the above
