Hello I'm Haludiel! I'm 26 years old and live in central Europe.

I have been dealing with eating disorders on and off since 2011.

My latest attempt to lose weight started summer 2019 after gaining 30kg in 5 months while inpatient at a psych ward for psychosis.

My start weight was 89kg/196lbs and my current weight is 73kg/161lbs.

As a first goal I want to reach a bmi of 24,9 which is at 62kg/137lbs for my height of 158cm/5'2

Next goal is 58kg (my initial weight), then 50 and ultimately 45.

Hi and welcome.

Sucks to hear that you had to be in the psych ward. I've also been in psychosis but never hospitalized, luckily.
