I will keep this short for now.
January 2020, I had a BMI of 22.5.
I started losing weight with no target in mind.
In September 2020, I'm now at a BMI of 19.
I'm presently in two minds as to whether I want to hold at this level, or lose a little more.
If I do hold, I need to at least swap some fat for muscle.

Be careful getting underweight. For me health issues started when I got below BMI 17. But of course, I understand the desire to always want to go lower (been battling that myself lately).

Hi, welcome to MPA!! I think you should definitely maintain. That BMI is perfect, and you'll feel much better if you stay there. (^:
