I mean, if diet pills actually worked, everyone would be taking them.

99.99% of diet pills don't really work unless they have amphetamines in them, which are illegal in most countries.

I haven't taken those. What's in the ingredients list? If it's massive amounts of caffeine, it COULD help you burn a fraction more of a pound, but that's just because of the side effects of caffeine. They really don't help you burn too much more than you would otherwise, and are super unhealthy

Stuck at the surface.

Not making progress.

Falling apart while I'm trying my hardest.

Everyone is different. Green tea (caffeine) curbs my appetite and vitamin b6 makes me agitated. Agar agar (fiber) before a meal makes me feel full faster. Diet coke just give me heartburn.

It can work. Or not. It's more about you and your body.

But anyway, good luck!

One thing I'd advise with these is that what's written on the package is not always what's presented. These kinds of pills aren't regulated by the FDA, so they pretty much out whatever the hell they want on the labels. Most of the time, it's a considerable amount of caffeine, and if you're already drinking coffee on top of that, you're putting yourself at a much higher risk of caffeine overdose, which is extremely unpleasant.

You're better off just drinking coffee (medium or light roast, as it contains higher amounts of caffeine), or a calorie free energy drink.
