Or can relate,, at all?? I haven’t been eating during the day mostly at all but I eat maybe ~500 cals at night RIGHT before going to bed. This is a new occurring thing I do, like last night I had a banana and a medium-sized bowl of spaghetti and cut turkey ham with some Alfredo sauce I poured on top. I’m estimating about 500 cals. Day before yesterday I ate 3 spicy chicken nuggets and a mug full of vegetable broth. The day before that idk what I ate really but ik it wasn’t a lot... :/ I actually really like to do eating this way I’ve lost 3 pounds, lit 1 pound the past 3 days each day. Tonight I had an apple and I’m really tired I’ll probably sleep soon but I might have something else little

Had the same problem (not that many calories though) and I try to help myself with like one biscoff cookie or something. I don’t think there’s really anything you can do except go to sleep or just try and eat a smaller amount

I always fast throughout the day and then consume most of my calories before bed because I HATE going to bed hungry! I absolutely do not believe the claim that going to bed with food in your stomach means it will “be stored as fat” 🙄 especially because this was how I got down to my lowest weight~

If i eat i only eat before going to bed... I work only afternoon shifts and end at 9pm or later and when i come home i would eat sth small just ao my husband wouldnt be worried... Since im not able to work atm due to relapse i mostly just throw the food away and have ice lolli or two before going to bed so i have a little chance of getting some sleep...
They yell at me because I can't see what they see. Nobody can explain to me why my eyes work different than theirs. Nobody can make it stop.

Going through massive relapse atm... after being "recovered" from bulimia-stopped binging and puring cuz it led me to highest bmi
