Yup I cannot lose even if I eat the smallest amount (I can't fast for shit).
If I'm restricting, I'll just maintain that weight and if I give in to my cravings, I gain weight rapidly which means more effort to lose that weight after my period ends.
It's really annoying bc the struggle starts a week before and the week during so I'm stuck in limbo for ~2 weeks before I see any progress. So discouraging!

Yeah, I have a hormonal IUD, so I don't even bleed anymore (I might get a spot or two for a few days), but I still gain 4-5lbs of water weight each month.

I get very very bloated and overall just feel terrible on my period ):

I gain or plateau for a full two weeks before and then shoot up 3 lbs the day before/1st day not even kidding it fucking sucks.
It's all water weight but it messes with my head the entire time.
Ever since I hit my 30s it's like having two periods since ovulation hits me hard (never did before) and that is when the water weight starts each month.

Yeah, several pounds and it lasts a while before and sometimes after my period. It's really disorienting and makes me feel like shit even though I know I'm not gaining real weight and I'm not eating enough to justify several pounds of gain overnight.
SW: 120 lbs. New SW: 130 lbs.

I want to be better than I was before, I want to see bones again.
I love chest bones, ribs, thigh gaps, hip bones, collarbones, spines, thin faces and I feel so worthless not having them like I did at the end of last year.
I love this little muffin
I've never seen this until now but it's adorable; he does love his son.
