I weight myself nearly everytime I am in my bathroom. I only used to weigh myself in the morning everyday but more recently I monitor it more and it determines anything that goes in my body.

How many time do you guys weight in?

I always weigh myself in the mornings at least once daily, but I can tell when I get more obsessive over watching what I eat I weigh myself after every meal/time I eat and before I go to bed

i used to in the mornings from tuesday to friday but my scale needs new batteries and i dont have any  :(

I've changed from several times a week to once every two weeks. Less emotionally draining.

Almost once per morning, some days I can't, and I try not to after days that were higher than I intended.

For sanity, once per week (or similar) is better. You see less of the various normal fluctuations, and more of your overall progress.

once a week because my weight fluctuates SO much i almost drove myself insane.

once a week shows me a more accurate pattern

I weigh myself once a day in the morning after peeing. I really want to cut back on how often I weigh though because fluctuations happen so much with carbs, food weight, fibrous dense foods, foods that are low in calories but weigh a decent amount etc. Anyone have any tips on how to cut back?

I weigh in every single morning to check in and see if i've lost anything. Honestly when im fasting its what I look forward to doing!

every time Im in the bathroom for any reason

took a shower..weigh yourself

did your makeup..weigh yourself

its kinda draining tbh

I was doing good for a while and doing it every 2 days or so but Iโ€™ve been doing it 3ish times a day the last few weeks

Usually once a day in the morning after I pee.

 

Taking a break right now because hormones and stuff, though, if I don't see a drop I get discouraged and I just need to stay focused doing what I'm doing and check back after my period for the drop instead of getting sad and eating my feelings.

like dozens of times a day.. but the only weight i actually log is the morning weigh in after using the bathroom
