What type of food would you make 0 calories?  For me, I'd probably choose olive oil.  It's such a staple in my diet and if I could include it in every one of my meals, I probably would- pasta, salads, sauteed veggies, you name it.

I'm not obsessed with dairy or anything, these are rare, rare treats even when I haven't relapsed.  Now they are completely verboten, of course.

All the things! But for real, two things I’d love to have right now (but only can in a parallel universe where food is not an issue) are pumpkin cinnamon rolls and dairy free ice cream lol

milk, i drink like 4-5 coffees per day and don't like it black, so the milk really adds unnecessary calories 

 

also alcohol has so many calories even if you're just drinking vodka sodas

Gushers, and chili doritos are tied, because then my booze munchies would be alright.

If liquids count, alcohol would be my choice, it's enough of my weekly calories that my food intake wouldn't matter.
