i’m on day 2 of a “liquid” 2468 diet!

i wanted to make this to keep me accountable as well as a way to see progress : ) ill try and update for every day that i do it! i hope that i can do at least 2 cycles (8 days).

the reason i say “liquid” is because i’m including things that you don’t really chew / things i have diluted to make into a liquid form. i know some get mad when people have things like smoothies on a liquid diet, but this is just the way i want to do things!
now i’m going to post my daily menus : ))

sw- 109.2lbs
ugw- 105lbs
( height- 5’8 )


day 1 (200) -

premier protein strawberries and cream (160cal)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (15cal)
+ coffee, water, and tea : D

= 175cal


day 2 (400) -
(-0.2lbs)

premier protein vanilla (160cal)
premier protein caramel (160cal)
1 1/2 tbsp pb&me powdered peanut butter + water (45cal)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds + water (30cal)
sugar free jello (5cal)

= 400cals!!


tbh i’m not sure if you’re supposed to go a little under, a little over, or exactly on the calorie limit? does it really matter? i’m probably overthinking it : //

day 3 (600) -

(-0.6lbs)

 

ok tbh i consumed many different things to try and fill the cal limit n im kinda too lazy to type it all out here  :mellow: sorry </3 but i had the regular 2 protein shakes (320) some chia seeds + hemp powder + water (which really helped with BMs!!) uhhh some pb&me + water, jello, ooh and i had nutella too!!! 

 

i logged everything into lifesum though so i promise its not just estimated!!

 

todays intake = 575cal : D

 

 

im scared for tomorrow ... i havent gone to 800cals in a long time .. but i really need to fix my metabolism : //

also i think i might only do 1 cycle of this instead of 2 because i bought mono supplies yesterday n i realllly wanna do the nutella mono </33

(ill probably make a topic for that too lol)

 

i definitely need to plan what im going to eat tomorrow instead of trying to figure it out throughout the day.

 

i feel kinda bloated so im scared for tomorrow weigh in : | im just hoping to get another BM in  :lol:

1 Tbsp chia seeds + 1 Tbsp hemp powder (88cal)

1/4 cup oats + water (75cal)

5 Tbsp pb&me (120cal)

1 tsp jam (15cal)

premier protein vanilla (160cal)

premier protein caramel (160cal)

2 Laughing Cow light (50cal)

1 tsp wasabi (15cal)

1/4 black refried beans (75cal)

1 Yogo Ice (40cal)

 

todays intake = 785cal ://

 

feeling very >: (( rn,,, im so upset that i gained < /3 i think it might be food weight though(pls). im also feeling like i ate too much , i dont like it : (  i really feel like fasting tmrw even though im really not supposed to. definitely NOT doing nutella mono tmrw though, (unless smth goes wrong, which i rlly hope doesnt happen). i think my plan will be -

wake up, make lax tea, fast for the rest of the day :/

i hate this feeling  :( like i know i didnt eat too much, but all i feel is regret.

 

i really dont wanna weigh myself tomorrow <///3
