i'm doing the 2468 diet for 4 weeks but i'll probably fuck up here and there. i'm focusing on not giving up and just continuing the next day. the most important thing for me rn is atleast SOME progress.

 

sw: 134.4 lbs/61 kg (sept 19)

losertown estimated end weight: 125.6 lbs/57 kg (oct 16)

= 597/600

 

+ 600 cal b/p (i didn't get it all up so i'm subtracting 141 cal from tomorrows 800)

my moms been grocery shopping alot soo i'm taking advantage of her wallet rn so i don't gotta buy my own food

= 659/659 (instead of 800, to make up for yesterdays fail)

day 5

 

(will edit intake later)

= ?/151

 

b/p'd again (binge was 1698 cals). started choking in the middle of it. that took literally all my energy n i couldn't continue purging. i got up a bit more than half of it. this is my 200 day and i went over by 649 cals. i'm staying positive and just switching this 200 day with my next 800 day, meaning i have 151 cals left for today. this is a rly messy start, but the weekly average will be the same. haven't used the bathroom in like a week so gonna take lax today bc i'm tired of seeing the same number
