Anything Pantene, which has stopped my chronic ezcema, psoriasis or dandruff about 90%. For some reason it does not irritate my skin.

My stats are...
Height: 5’8
Starting Weight: 282 lbs.
Current Weight: 271.4 lbs. 11/28/2020 @ 43 inch waist Size 24 / 2x

Goal Weight: 160 lbs.

271 270 269 268 267 266 265 264 263 262 261
260 255 250 245 240 235 230 225 220 215 210 205 200

Weightloss Rewards:

260: new black sexy bras

250: new black sexy panties

240: buy ballet barre

230: shop old "skinny" clothes in my closet

220: create a fashion look-book

210: sort and donate unwanted jewelry in my closet

200: buy some new perfume

My current challenge: International Dance Day challenge for Thursday, April 29, 2021. My goal is to have a more flexible and graceful ballet type of body during the winter time and possible 2nd Covid-19 lockdown in the United States. Also, I will be incorporating run/walking outdoors as well as much as I can as long as it isn't extreme freezing and snowy weather.

Diet plan:  I don't want to focus on any particular diet at the moment, but I know for sure I will mostly eat two meals a day, because that is all my body wants: breakfast and a late lunch/early dinner. Also I attempt to eat nothing but whole, non-processed foods. I will make an effort to cook and bake more, which will force me to only eat from home mostly. Also, carry flavored water and a little bag of mix nuts to consume when away from home in order to avoid fast food places.

The link is here: https://www.myproana...etc/?p=73534693

This is my REALISTIC ideal body type, from being morbidly obese, for International Dance Day, on Thursday, April 29, 2021 (5 months challenge): Basically, I have no choice to but to be thick in the hips and thighs, but I want to get rid of my protruding, hanging belly in order to look like this girl. Once I reach this body type goal, then I find another body type I can try to attain.

I mean none of us are really mentally stable so is anyone really surprised so many people said Olaplex?

Anyway, I have a buzzcut (1/4 inch all over, #2) BUT before that and before I bleached my hair and dyed it and before I cut it off into a short haircut I had shoulder length curly thick hair. I used Maui Moisture, any of their shampoo and conditioner work great for non-straight hair. The conditioner really moisturizes so well.

Tsubaki Premium Moist. Although I think it may be weighing my hair down? Honestly I’ll take flat over tangles though. My hair is waist length and detangling literally makes me cry sometimes.

I don’t think I have a favorite, but right now I’m using Lush Snow Fairy Shampoo Bar and Raw Sugar Mighty Curls Hair Masque.

OGX Orchid Oil (my hair is dyed right now) but normally I love the tea tree mint shampoo & argan oil conditioner.

Redken All Soft shampoo has saved my hair so many times but it's pricey, like $1 per ounce on Amazon. I think it's worth it though. It's for dry and brittle hair which years of and eating disorder has given me.

I really love Aussie Moist Shampoo, I skip conditioner completely and just use their 3 minute miracle mask as a conditioner. I have for about 10 years, actually!

Unfortunately I'm about to be in the same boat once I run out of these because I'm transitioning to Cruelty Free.

I switch on and off.. but my standard atm is the Briogio “don’t despair, repair” line. I use the shampoo, conditioner, and deep conditioning mask- they don’t smell like much but they work really well with my coarse/frizzy/curly-ish hair.

Another good one I’ll use is the Drybar “liquid glass” shampoo and conditioner, and the Olaplex line. Those are good too!

nexxus because i can wash my hair every day and it doesn't dry out.

suave rosemary + mint is my favorite smell but that cheap shit dries me out.

i like washing my hair every day because if i go more than 2 days without i get really god awful cystic acne all along my hairline.

Currently I use Jeju by the Polish brand Ziaja. Very nice one, not expensive and smells great <3

For conditioner, I use Garnier Fructis Banana Hair Food. Really helps with frizzy hair :D
