
October Falling Colors, Falling Weight Check In

Still haven’t weighed.
I am getting used to being alone while the hubs stays with his mom (FIL still in hospice). The house stays clean and I can do whatever. I’m getting dangerously used to it.
Will this be the month the hubs notices my weight loss? Have I even lost weight or are my eyes fooling me? Does anybody even know what time it is?

I know the scale fs with my mind but now without that I don’t know if I can trust what I am seeing. It’s so weird.

Weigh in tomorrow. I think I’ve gained this week. For some reason my pants feel tighter than last week even though I’ve kept my intake the same and upped my workouts? I’ll either be happy or crying uncontrollably tomorrow lol.

Ugh that is SO FRUSTRATING shannie. Hugs.
This AM I vacuumed and watered some of the hubs' plants.
Got a flu shot yesterday. Made my arm REALLY sore....Seems better after vacuuming today LOL Also woke up with a headache. Probably the flu shot. I usually get a viral rash a couple days after the flu shot too so will be looking for that. (My body is weird!)
Heading up to the in-laws to bring the hubs some supplies and dropping off meds for my stepsons. Tomorrow i will scrub the tub as my latest hair coloring has made a purple ring LOL

Struggling today.
MIL cooked last night. I ate. It wasn't really a binge, but I did have two small rice krispie treats (whyyyy) along with one sesame-crusted pork hunk and some roasted cauliflower. Then at home I had a glass of wine and a 100-calorie baked cheese. That on top of 230 calories before I left, ugh
Last night and today have decided it was Way Too Much and I've been doing numbers in my head all day. Why the F does it even matter? I'm not obese. I must have lost SOME weight by now. I can't see it. ugh I wish this just did not matter. I haven't weighed so no idea if I did any damage. ugh ugh ugh
Today i did a 6.25 mile walk. Also was going to go shopping but I need to eat some of the hubs' food that was "best by" the end of last week. I hate hate hate wasting food; I know he'll just toss it so I'm going to eat it. Today was a Beyond Burger - honestly not bad but more calories than I want from a burger....

I'm going to consider it a success that somehow I didn't binge today. I'm eating some roasted pumpkin seeds and having some wine....somehow I didn't eat any of the Ben & Jerry's in the freezer. (It belongs to the hubs but he wouldn't mind if i ate it)

I have a ton of pumpkin/squash seeds I’ve saved over the years and I’m determined to get through them as evening snacks. Who needs chips lol

I still haven’t lost an ounce, but my back ribs are much more prominent this week!? Oh well, at least I haven’t gained.

Hey all. This is my first post in four years. This year has been very 2020, and I've hit my scary weight (158). So it's time to lose 20 lbs and ruin everything good in the process hahaha. Seriously though, I'm hoping to refine and improve my usual pattern, and do a little better this time around.
I'm tired though. I don't know if I have it in me to do better. I hope to get my head on straight here, and make it happen without too much collateral damage. Maybe go about things in a more sustainable way? I don't know. Something like that?

Shannie - maybe 10 lbs? At most? This AM I am fat again with squish all over, ugh. Not having a good thigh day.
Glad the hubs is home but oh MAN the clutter this man generates. I literally lost my entire countertop in 12 hours 😡

Thanks! Ugh, cluttered countertops are the absolute worst. My hubs leaves everything he uses out on the countertop so it's "easy to find," whereas I prefer clear countertops and even put away appliances when they're not in use. The reason things are "easy to find" is because I come along and put everything away! hahaha I know it's my choice to do so, but I'd go stark raving mad otherwise.
