Hi Shadow. We had THUNDERSNOW today. So freaky haha
PS still haven’t weighed. Did a shopping visit binge prior to vacation and came back to a stack of packages. Like Christmas!
PPS I now own three cat sweaters. Haha

Hi Shadow and welcome to the geriatric ward lol

My plateau is definitely broken and I lost 2 lbs this week....I’m too lazy to change my signature, though. I should really stop losing for now and maintain or my family will throw a fit. Don’t want to ruin all the special occasions coming up.

Man it would be so cool to weigh 99 lbs

 

My family nearly staged an intervention when I hit 108 a few years ago....Clearly I'm not anywhere near that rn or someone would have said...something?  Right?

Got groceries today, going to roast some brussles sprouts tomorrow and make lentil/quinoa chili.  yum

Honestly, with your FIL passing and the craziness of this year I wouldn’t be surprised if you had passed the 108 mark and everyone’s just so caught up in their own head that the weight loss hasn’t registered yet.

Aw that’s sweet but I’m nowhere near there yet I don’t think. My butt is smaller but sadly I have like 15 lbs to lose I think?

Which...doesnt makes sense because I must be losing SOMETHING. how does one tell if one is thin if one does not use a scale haha

1.2 lbs down in eight. Freaking. Days. I want to punch whoever said "slow and steady wins the race." Pretty sure they didn't mean this slow.

I feel you. It takes forfreakingEVER to peel off weight....

I do think steady effort is what gets me there but gahhh would be nice to have some interim reward. But when your TDEE is low, a cheat day can totally undo a weeks worth of effort. So frustrating.

Also the hubs has been commenting that he would like to drop a few pounds. Today for breakfast? Reese’s Pieces and Lay’s potato chips. 😂

Hi all. I haven't been here in ages; I won't check in when in a binge cycle. Doctor adjusted my thyroid meds, and I'm feeling more energy. Ready to lose the "covid 19". That really is about what I've gained this year, 19-20 lbs. So disgusted with myself. Restricting to 800-1000 calories, and trying to exercise daily.

 

Sorry to see some of you are dealing with snow already, just rain and fog and falling leaves here so far. Not looking forward to winter at all!

We had snow and then more leaves fell. Welp there they will sit until spring. Not mulching snow! LOL

Hey friends

I made lentil quinoa chili and it’s delicious and very satisfying

However it’s almost 11 and I would love to stick my face into a pound bag of Reese’s.

He is never going to notice because clearly the weight isn’t budging.

I can’t eat more and I’m afraid to eat less bc I will binge 100%

When the family orders food for delivery and they don't even ask you if you want any. 

 

I mean, I probably wouldn't get any.  But I'M RIGHT HERE and you could...ask?

 

I guess this is validation that I'm a complete fatass who clearly doesn't need temptation.

 

But it freaking hurts my feelings, especially since I've spent the entire day doing house chores by myself.  I took my car for maintenance (ok, that was selfishly for me alone, it's my car), picked up the cat's Rx, picked up more food for the cat, dropped a car full of stuff at Goodwill (and had to wait like 30m), mulched the leaves, cleaned the kitchen, and vacuumed. 

 

And no one could be arsed to say "hmm, Kate is here, maybe she would like some food?"

 

oh and we were going to go to Costco but the hubs allowed the kids to make plans so now we can't go (because they can't be left alone....) so the pizza I was going to get and eat as my OMAD, I'm not getting.

 

I think I may as well skip dinner anyway.  Clearly the family is too kind to tell me I need to cut out food.

 

I'm fucking pissed.  I'm angry and hurt. 

 

Why can't I ever be anyone's priority?

Oh and then the hubs went to get the grocery order. The boys complained “dad often disappears” and scolded him when he got back for not saying that he was going.

I’m weighing today (I’m awake at 4am, cats in and out of my bed which is slightly annoying but also so damn cute!!!) so not weighing rn... just on 33 hrs of 36hr hour fast but that’s following a weekend of wine and Chinese food (and a fair amount of 😉) I just wanna see 75kg even if it 75.9kg ... last weight was 76kg ... normally I’d convert to lbs but absolutely cba .. I lost 4kg last week which is 8.8lb (easy to work out) I’m aiming for 71-72 kg Saturday... I’m going back to work now I seem to have found the necessary marbles and I’d like for the scrubs to not look like sausage skins!!!!! Lol... work is scary but I know some weight will fall off running around a winter covid ER and I do feel ready to come back...

Omg how much did I just essay message .. sorry guys!!!!!
