so it is hard for me to low restrict bc family and school so could i add 200 to each set cal amount? so day 1 would be 400 instead of 200 and so on. i know it would take a little longer for results but yeah...has anyone tried this?

could i add a variation to this?

Hii, I think it's okay to up your calories as much as you want. For me this diet is more of a concept of gradually upping your calories for the next few days and repeating. Afterall, you'll stick to it more if your caloric intake is more comfortable to you.
I've never tried this diet, but I heard many good things so it's on my to do list!
