It’s the start of autumn and winter here. aside from COVID I get really bad colds/ chest infections etc in the winter. I’m starting college again and really can’t afford to miss out because I’m sick, especially considering we could be in lockdown again pretty soon...
Does anyone have any tips/advice on how to stay healthy as the weather gets colder while fasting and restricting?

wash your hands, eat your greens. when i got way too into personal hygiene and inhaling fruit, i stopped catching contagious shit (whereas i had spent all of my life up to that point constantly sick with whatever was going around) and pretty much the only thing that knocks me out now is food poisoning.

Supplements! I take regularly multivitamins, vitamin D, vitamin C, zinc, spirulina and probiotics. I also consume ginger, garlic, honey and turmeric if I start having flu symptoms.
