So there's a free web application / phone application that helps generate meal plans based on a person's diet specifications (calories/dietary restrictions) etc. It's able to generate grocery lists as well as meal plans for the upcoming weeks to fit the individuals diet too.
It also helps people to stay on track with how much they want to lose and how quickly.
You can also log your actual meals and it's also a calorie counter/calculator.
I'd like to try it but i'm personally not allowed to have diet tracking apps at all
