UPDATE: After 2 weeks on 2468, I moved to SGD here

 

Age: 21 

Height: 5'5" / 165 cm

SW: 120 lbs

HW: 138 lbs

LW: 101.3 lbs

GW: 90 lbs

 

updated CW: 114 lbs (last weigh in 10/18/20)

 

GW1: 115 lbs

GW2: 110 lbs

GW3: 105 lbs

GW4: 100 lbs

GW5: 95 lbs

GW6: 90 lbs

 

Day 0

10/5/20 Monday >> 545 kcal

 

I have a very busy day until 11PM tonight and have class tomorrow morning at 9AM so I don't really have time today or tomorrow to eat. Wednesday is a similar day. So, if I end up hungry today, tomorrow, or Wednesday and end up putting food into my day, I will probably still be lower. I'll spend time here if I'm awake at night and feel like binging. Same goes for this weekend. I also have a busy weekend. The next few weeks in general will be extremely busy. I like when I'm busy in this way where I have to show up and participate because I won't have time to eat, even though I have pretty bad anxiety and ptsd. This will be my way of getting rid of at least depression.

 

Below posts will be my end of day recorded daily intake. If planned and the day didn't end yet, I will italicize so that it is clear that the recorded intake day hasn't finished yet.

I ate some grapes today.

 

CW: 117.6 lbs

 

Hopefully my weight won't surpass this mark tomorrow morning.

Day 2: 400 

10/7/20 Wednesday >> 658 kcal

I ate a half cup of rice - 206 kcal

stir fried green beans - 192 kcal

two golden kiwis - 100 kcal

tofu and egg - 160 

 

CW: 118.4 lbs

 

I went over the planned 400 kcal limit. It's okay because today is a new day.

I was 258 kcal over. I have to be at least that much under today.

 

Day 3: 600

10/8/20 Thursday >> 0 kcal

I ended up stressing out lmao. Ended up not eating what I planned...

Under 600 kcal makes up for the over 400 kcal limit from yesterday.

10/9/10 Friday >> 416 kcal

one golden kiwi - 50 kcal

1/2 cup of rice - 206 kcal

tofu and egg - 160 kcal

 

Today is 800 kcal day!! Hopefully I can stay under 800 by a good amount to save the rest for the weekend.

Day 5: 200

10/10/10 Saturday >> 1859 kcal 

1/4 head cabbage - 75 kcal

1 small tomato - 16 kcal

1/2 carrot - 12 kcal

1 tbsp garlic - 5 kcal

2 tsp soy sauce - 30 kcal

1/2 cup boiled spinach - 37 kcal

 

Friends came over and I ate a ton.

goat cheese - 180 kcal

ramen - 560 kcal

popeyes chicken drumstick - 277 kcal

popeyes biscuit - 210 kcal

handful of granola - 132 kcal

5 fried seaweed rolls - 325 kcal

 

So I ate too much. I predicted this for friends on the weekend. 

I saved around 300 kcal yesterday > 1859 - 300 = 1559 kcal. 

The limit was 200 so 1559 - 200 = 1359 kcal that I went over.

I need to save 1359 kcal next week to make up for this.

goat cheese - 90 kcal

8 ritz crackers - 128 kcal

smoke salmon slice - 30 kcal

 

pre-intake note:

I was many kcals over yesterday. This makes sense because today my period started and I tend to intake more during the start.

That's no excuse though. But I'm not going to weigh myself because I think that would stop me from pushing through and bring back an overeating mindset.

So I need to save around 1359 this week. 1359/7 = 194 kcal that I need to save each day.

I might fast today since my friends are probably busy from procrastinating.. I also have an exam to complete which will take a while.

half cup of rice - 206 kcal

1 egg - 70 kcal

rice paper - 34 kcal

 

pre-intake note:

I was surprised my weight had gone down since Saturday. I expected it to be back to 120. I calculated how many days it would take me to reach my goal weight and it seems like I would have to keep 2468 going until December for that to happen. December is a more than reasonable time because it is only 2 months from now! 2 months fly by quickly  :)

smoke salmon slice - 30 kcal

avocado - 322 kcal

spinach - 7 kcal

 

I took a walk in the short break I had. I changed my goal weight from 98 to 90.

I need to save 476 kcal more in order to make up for Day 5: 200 10/10/10 Saturday

I am afraid of yoyoing back to my high weight from a potential binge. 

So starting today, I am going to transition to 4-6-8-10 diet for a week or two before going back to 2468.

 

CW: 113.6 lbs

Update!

Day 10-11: BREAK

10/15/20-10/16/20 Thursday and Friday

I lost control and changed my mindset about it as a binge into a break. This may have been because I was with family and friends but I don't want to blame them. This mindset is because I did not want this to stop my diet.

 

CW: 115.0 lbs

Day 12: 1000

10/17/20 Thursday >> 626 kcal 

spanish omelet - 326 kcal

estimate of added calories to the omelet because it's a brunch place ~300 kcal

 

 

Grabbing breakfast with a friend. I'm gonna study after and just use the breakfast as my meal for the day.

I'm going to go back to 2468 because I'm no longer afraid the yoyo coming. It would've came when I went on that break but it didn't really. 

I also don't feel that urge to binge like crazy. I should be able to hit my next goal weight when I reach November.

2 cucumbers - 84 kcal

Friends/family = more pressure to eat

 

I've taken a break from weighing myself. I'm going to weigh myself on Day 21.
