I have a very busy day until 11PM tonight and have class tomorrow morning at 9AM so I don't really have time today or tomorrow to eat. Wednesday is a similar day. So, if I end up hungry today, tomorrow, or Wednesday and end up putting food into my day, I will probably still be lower. I'll spend time here if I'm awake at night and feel like binging. Same goes for this weekend. I also have a busy weekend. The next few weeks in general will be extremely busy. I like when I'm busy in this way where I have to show up and participate because I won't have time to eat, even though I have pretty bad anxiety and ptsd. This will be my way of getting rid of at least depression.
