From a size 12 to a size 4 in a matter of 3months f coffee and water and small bites here and there.
Im currently around the same size, if you don't mind me asking, how exactly did u do it? Major inspiration

Waist started at 30.5 and are now 27
Hips started at 39 and are now 35
Legs started at 26.5 and are now 22.5

Have no before pics and my bmi is now 21.5 so I’m not underweight (yet)
24th July
BMI = 27.3
Measurements were;
Waist- 30 inches
Stomach- 36 inches
Thigh- 24 inches
Hip- 34 inches
24th November
BMI = 21.7
Measurements were;
Waist- 25 inches
Stomach- 30 inches
Thigh- 18.5 inches
Hip- 30.5 inches

Before I blew up again I went from 180lbs to 140lbs in about 3 months. I exercised daily and would mainly eat like canned vegetables or lite soups once a day.
but be aware of the sodium in canned foods. it will make you retain water and feel bloated but this did work for me.
Exercise was basically 40 min to an hour on an elliptical (burns 400-600 calories) and sat in a sauna and hot tub for like 20 min each and then went swimming for 15 minutes in the lap pool. Im not a strong swimmer and never was so it was mainly me looking like a frog kicking and moving my arms

lowest weight 119lbs
current weight 213lbs
goal weight 115lbs

Yes in about 4 month... than an other 10 lbs in 2-3 month.
