What is the most difficult time of the day for you when it comes to not eating, whether you're fasting, or trying to keep from binging, or maybe just counting calories? For example, I have this tendency to fall into an "I want to eat everything" mindset at around eleven PM when I'm not fasting. I imagine it's something of a "panic" response that came about from all my times of not allowing myself to eat once midnight came around. I'm still in that mindset now.
What part of the day is the most difficult for you?
