A few of you might have seen me mention that I have terrible and difficult to treat migraines. My neurologist suggested one thing to add that wasn't medication related, and that was green light therapy. I'm going to try it later today, and see how it works. Obviously it's not going to be a miracle first time thing. Though if it is, I'm throwing everything away.

Picture for reference because I think it's cute. And it changes colour.f5d407d4ba2c1ffd505781c1336ea8f0.jpg

Even if it doesn't, it's well worth the money. Its waterproof and I dropped it after taking this, so its durable too

Cool!! What brand is that?? I'll have to check it out.

I've had a constant headache for 6 years plus migraine. I'm about to start botox.

Hope the light works out!

Oooo..... nice.

I was wondering about getting one of these not for migraines but heard they help improve mood especially in winter.

Let us know how it goes.

That’s so interesting, I’ve never heard of using green light before. Keep us updated!

It's called an Aukey. They have an Amazon store. I hate Amazon, but I couldn't find it on the Aukey site.
