Are the first three books worth reading for the anorexia/bulimia storyline? That's where my reading comprehension has dipped, but there we go...

I read these books back before I had food problems, and I don't recall there being much focus on anorexia or bulimia. Technically they had food shortages, but it was never really a focus, but if you feel compelled to read it. go ahead.
