Mine are cauliflower, broccoli, red bell pepper, pickles, frozen fruit with cinnamon, sashimi, cabbage, mushrooms.
Cup a soups, specially the corn potage ones(all of them are a bit high in sodium but I drink a lot of water). I used to love hummus but I can't eat just a little bit so I stopped buying it.

And I looove edamame! For those of you who live in Japan, 7/11, Family Mart and Daily Yamazaki have huge bags of ready to eat edamame for less than 100 calories! My favorite snack.

Its literally all or nothing with me. Either i dont eat or i eat, bu it ised to be 1 slice of bread with 1 teaspoon peanutbutter and half a banana

I loveee Alpro yoghurt, so happy we have Alpro here in Sweden, their soymilk is totally carb free (the "no sugars")!!!

- omega 3 eggs
- free run liquid egg whites
- old light cheddar cheese
- wild haddock
- wild salmon
- chunk light tuna
- sardines in water
- canned clams in water
- grassfed whey protein isolate

Fats:

- coconut oil
- olive oil
- fish oil

Plants And Fungi:

- radishes
- cucumbers
- mushrooms
- nori
- wild blueberries
- okra
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- celery
- green beans

Other:

- sauerkraut
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- tea
- decaf coffee
- unsweetened almond milk
- iodized salt substitute
- vinegar
- lemon juice
- raw honey

Pre sliced low fat cheese
Low fat Greek yoghurt
Baby potatoes

Pom bears

Basically have a combination of those foods 90% of the time, then occasionally other things not on my “staples” list

Oatmeal, eggs, Greek yogurt, and this carrot soup I make.

I dont eat much meat but when I do I eat boiled chicken breast with curry powder (2X a month).
