I have to be gluten free and dairy free and low fodmap due to intolerences, and I'm vegetarian by choice. So my usual things are:

Bell peppers
Spring onions
Salads
Eggs
Aubergine (eggplant)
Courgette (zucchini)
Tinned mushrooms
carrots
Chickpeas
Cornmeal
Sweet potato
almond milk
rice

Just cooked in different ways. If I can afford it, I'll get gluten free bread or tofu, but that's usually only if it's on clearance

Goldfish
Cheezits
Popsicles (especially grape outshine ones and these lime ones I forget the brand of)
Half a peanut butter and honey sandwich
Fish filets 
Strawberry bonbons 
Anything chicken: nuggets, strips, breast, etc.
Fries (which I will always cry about eating but not stop)
And probably the saddest of all: Subway sandwich with ONLY lettuce and american cheese on it.

zucchini, broccoli, spinach, egg whites, chicken breast, lettuce, green bell peppers, low sugar oatmeal packets, pb2, coffee, cauliflower rice, smart food smart 50, progresso chicken noodle soup, and snow peas.

Mushroom, pumpkin, zucchini, green beans, lettuce, cucumber, purslane, sugar free almond milk, lemons, white fish, coffee, egg whites. Those are the only things I eat.

I’m big on miso soup and instant oatmeal lately cause I can get away with those as meals that are only like 160 cal

Oatmeal, soups, muesli, protein shakes & smoothies

That's just the main things without going into any specifics. Obviously I mix them with different stuff like yoghurt, fruit & veggies.
