I'm not sure what to think of this test. I would consider myself a control freak - as in, taking control over anything in my life that is possible (including food).

But to think ANYTHING can be changed if you try hard enough is just... naive? Life is unpredictable, as much as it sucks. I'm not talking about the system or society, which can be controlled, but natural forces. COVID is a great example, also illness, and even other humans themselves. Some things cannot be controlled.
