
Egg Mono

I have been stuck at 64kg for a while now. I was 69kg but lose weight as I done the watermelon mono.
Tomorrow I want to start the egg mono. Does anyone know what you can eat and how many eggs I need to eat? When I go online I have seen people eat cheese, and other things - but I thought you could only eat eggs?

Personally, I only used egg and no other ingredients (sometimes a little seasoning but no cheese/milk etc.) But I think there is some leeway with that because I've also seen people having cheese etc.
I mostly had boiled eggs because I didn't want to end up using a lot of oil and some types don't cook as well without a splash of milk.
I think I ended up having about 5-6 eggs a day and lost about 2-3lbs (although it was a while ago so I can't remember 100%).
I didn't aim to limit myself to a certain number of eggs, I just had them when I was hungry - I find after like 2 mono meals I get a bit bored and only eat when I really need it so I have a smaller amount than I might have eaten if I had other foods.
