Lifesum for sure, had it for 9 or 10 years now and it's the best

Would you recommend it over MFP? I've been using MFP for a long time but thinking about switching

I did but everything is gone. I still have all the meals and foods I created, but the data shows all 0 when I move the date back.

For sure, I find Lifesum being way more accurate than MFP. I can really recommend it!

Lifesum, it's straightforward and easy to use. I also used myplate for a while

I use MFP and Cronometer. I don’t like that Cronometer doesn’t have the foods I eat but I like the layout and the amino acid breakdown. MFP has the best food selection I have found.
