I am not sure if this will get taken down or not (I’m sorry for posting Admin) but I can’t seem to find a section where I can talk about this. So I have been with my partner for 10 years now and I can pretty much say that he’s the one. He knows about my eating disorders and mental health but I just can’t seem to calm my body down in bed. It’s always tense and I always feel self conscious and my mind always runs away from our intimate time. I always think about my weight or if I am good enough for him. Can somebody help me? Has anyone experienced something like this?

im so sorry because this isn't 100% related, but i think they have a sex and relationships forum since you were saying you couldn't find a section to talk about this. Anyways, I really hope you get answers and i hope everything works out! remember that he will likely love you and help you work through these issues if you just tell him about them

when people (both male and female) face psychological distress, it is often common to lose desire for sex. For some other people, it is a signal/sign of melancholy or depression. Whatever it is, it is not a good sign not to want to make love to someone you love. ED's make it hard because we cannot believe the other person when they tell us that our bodies are beautiful, because sometimes we dont see our bodies as beautiful due to our perfectionism, or due to BDD, and etc similar body view situations.

When you will have 50 posts, you can post here: https://www.myproana...-relationships/

its a forum about these subjects, i hope you get more answers xxx

& also yes i've had this too. it's really frustrating. i did some therapy around it & would really recommend that to get to the root cause of the issue.
