Heyy thank you for checking in, I decided to end the diet because I want to do it unmodified. Here is a link to that:How are you getting on? Are you drinking any coffee? I literally have to drink coffee or I have no energy to even think lol. I am on week 5 or so and have lost 20 pounds so far.. I did abc but then started to eat 800 cals a day because of bad skin and I still lost steadily with that.

That's awesome, I'm glad it is going well for you! I did drink one to two cups of coffee almost everyday but I can only drink decaf as I am sensitive to caffeine, so my energy levels weren't too great. When I start feeling like that I will probably go for tea as it's less caffeinated. As for the skin problem I would try taking hair skin and nails vitamins, on fasting days I take them with ginger tea, I found that keeps you from feeling sick.
