I know there’s a post similar this already (by someone else) and I’m not trying to compete or one up that post.. It’s just that there are sooo many pages and it’s been around for so long, it feels better for me to just start a new thread. Anyway. I’m 5’6, 137 lbs (as of today).. I’ve been in the 130s for months. Anyone want to join or watch me finally get to the 120s? 😁

im gonna watch this thread bc my goal weight is 125 but bb i am so far away from that i’ll be lucky to get there by march

Joining!! I’m 5’3 and 139lbs (I know soo fat) my former low weight was 76lbs soooo I’m hoping to get back to around 90...starting this long journey lol...

Awhh! You’ll get there soon enough. It does take time but luckily you get to lose even faster since you weigh more! I forgot about that when I first relapsed, honestly. I’m so bothered by how slowly I’m losing.

Well, no. I don’t think it’s exactly higher BMI for anyone, unless they’re really short. If anything, it could be higher-normal or mildly overweight BMI.. But I started at 200 lbs a few years ago. <3 I feel most comfortable here and well, I’m not low BMI either.

So I will only be updating my weight every Monday! Since I’m supposed to only be weighing myself every Monday (but honestly it’s so tempting to weigh myself every day since I have a scale right in my room)... I haven’t done great since I didn’t set a specific diet. I got a little discouraged, thinking I wasn’t losing at all. Turns out I bloat and gain weight while ovulating, just like when I’m on my period.. SMH. So I have to worry about weighing more than I should 2x a month and not let it get in the way of my progress again.

139.75lbs today! 🥳

I’m still undecided whether I want to get out of the 130s, but I want to get to at least 132lbs!

I’m 5’7.5” so no, 130s is not higher BMI for me, but I started at a higher BMI (29) and I’m down to this non-higher BMI. Plus I think at shorter heights 130s could be classed as higher BMI (although I’m not sure because I’ve not calculated it 🤣)

I got down to 118 but went into quarantine and just went binge crazy for several months and now I’m up to 132. So disappointed in myself. Finally ready to start this again.

I'm kinda stuck at higher part of 130s T_T Some days I go up to 140s and then get back to 139ish. For some reason it's so hard to get properly into 130s.. I wish to soon get out of this pinch I'm in and out of 130s!! Let's do our best!

I just got into to the 139. After 11 days of an average of like 540 calories a day, I went from 145-139. 

 

I'm counting weekly calories, 3500 calories is my aim.

 

Feels really good, my starting weight was 160, I haven't been in the 30s since early 2019.

I'm 5"5 and 136 as of yesterday,  I finally reached the 120s in december and got to 124.8lbs then everything went haywire and I shot back up to like 147 :/  

 

really trying to get to the 120s by the end of the month

CW: 54.5 kg/ 120.2 lbs

GW 1: 60kg / 132lb

GW 2 : 56.5 kg ( new LW) 

GW 3 : 55 kg ( BMI 20)

mini GW : 52 kg ( bmi 18.9)

GW 4: 50.7 ( bmi 18.5)

UGW: 96 lbs( idk)
