But that's after 5 days of fasting or eating under 500 calories a day, so I'll probably gain some this weekend since I'm planning on eating both Saturday and Sunday to boost my energy and keep my body guessing.
In college, 135 was one of my major goals and I felt amazing once I hit it. I looked really good and toned but I guess that was because I was exercising 1-2 hours every day. I was so excited to see that number on the scale and I just feel disappointed now since I definitely don't look the same. Hopefully I'll get down to my next goal of 125 by the middle of May.
