135!

 

But that's after 5 days of fasting or eating under 500 calories a day, so I'll probably gain some this weekend since I'm planning on eating both Saturday and Sunday to boost my energy and keep my body guessing.

 

In college, 135 was one of my major goals and I felt amazing once I hit it. I looked really good and toned but I guess that was because I was exercising 1-2 hours every day. I was so excited to see that number on the scale and I just feel disappointed now since I definitely don't look the same. Hopefully I'll get down to my next goal of 125 by the middle of May.

129.2 this morning. I know it might yoyo for a few days so 👋
I was bad this weekend. Not binging but definitely some mindless eating. It's okay though, if my family sees that I'm eating on the weekend then they probably think that I eat during the week too... 😅
Guys ever since i started my journey last year at 168... I've had some major improvements. I'm wearing a size 6 dress and I look hot. Just hope this could be motivation for someone else. I used to post in the 150s thread a lot. I was stuck in the 150s.

ive been waiting to join this thread for so long and now I can finally reply to posts!! yay

 

my weight has been up and down in the 130s for the past few months. I finally got down to 131 this month, then spent the next week or so binging, and got back up to 138. I was so close to being in the 120s... but oh well im still here for now

 

ive decided im just going to be miserable in may, deal with being hungry and bored, and get this over with before summer!! 

 

hopefully I'll be out of here soon

just weighed myself and I'm 134.2 lbs but I'm going to weigh myself again in around 6-7 hours to see if that changes cause I just ate but had a BM,

 

I really hope I'm much less by then cause I want to get out of the 130s by Tuesday ( 3 days)

I just weighed myself and I'm 129.6 lbs I'm so happy to see the 120s again and really excited for the future. Now I'm just 2.2kg/4.8 lbs from a new LW

5'4 and currently at 138 fml! After almost making it 120 I ended up binging my way back to being fat! :,) please wish me luck! I need the encouragement to stop eating so much :,)

Im dying to get out of the 130s... Ive been trying to high restrict at around 1500, but im not making any progress. I’m getting around 20k steps a day total, 10-14k outside and 6-10k from pacing aroubd my room, and going on the eliptical machine for 30-90 minutes a day. And still no weight loss. Also im 5’7, so im kinda tall. Any tips?

136.6 today, CAN'T WAIT TO BE IN THE 120s!!!

 

Can I get there in 2 weeks? BMR is about 1500. I can eat 500 a day, giving me a 1000 deficit right there, plus burn 1000 a day through exercise, then that would equal a 2000 calorie deficit per day. I could lose 4 lbs. a week on that, hopefully getting to 132 by next Thursday and then 128 the Thursday after that... 

 

I'm 5 feet tall.

Well, no. I don’t think it’s exactly higher BMI for anyone, unless they’re really short. If anything, it could be higher-normal or mildly overweight BMI.. But I started at 200 lbs a few years ago. <3 I feel most comfortable here and well, I’m not low BMI either.

welp cuz i’m 5’7 and anywhere from 114 onward (last weighed in december when i was underweight) , but i suspect i am like 130 something now .____. I don’t think 130 would be above average but it depends on height too i suppose

Hi,
it seems like forever since I've been on here. I'm 33 years old, 55kgs/121lbs. I feel like in going out of mind not having someone to talk to who understands. I've been in an out of recovery- as for my family. Needing to get back to 49kgs/108lbs. Looking for someone who would like to join me in a 500 calories 30 day challenge plus a 30 day work out challenge..
