I’m excited as fuck. Since I’m new Idk what the fuck to eat so it’s going to be easier to restrict these first few days since I’m figuring it out
I always would get extremely bloated even if I ate small/ regular meals that would cause an adult to eitheri maintain or lose slowly.
If I even had a day of fuck up it would take weeks for my stomach to not look pregnant so I’m assuming this is an allergy/ digestive (sry I’m naive) issue with certain foods.
And I think veganism will help a ton

When I was vegan it changed nothing personally, but I enjoyed it a lot. Vegan cooking was really fun for me. Tbh though, I had much less energy, and didn't get to my LW on a vegan diet.
Depending on why you're bloating veganism it could help, but could also make it worse. I bloat when I eat hard to digest food, like raw veggies, protein in certain forms, certain seeds, high fiber foods, etc. On a vegan diet I ate a lot of those foods, so the bloat was bad. This tends to be more of an issue for me the lower my weight gets, I guess my body just stops functioning.

Did you get hotter? Did you quickly drop lbs???? Did your acne clear up? Did your energy levels improve??

Veganism is not a magic cure for everything.
I will say I have cleaner skin/less pimples when I eat vegan diet but I generally don’t lose weight just because I am vegan.
Eating plant based is good for your digestive system for sure! But being vegan doesn’t mean plant based diet. There are many ways to be vegan. You should probably aim for plant based if your goal with this is to lose weight.
Focus on Whole Foods, natural food sources. Plants, legumes, nuts.
It might be hard on your stomach in the beginning if you’re not used to all that fiber but you will adjust eventually.
In order to not pass out it is super important you do research and make sure you are getting enough from all three food groups if possible (carbs, fat, protein). Being vegan usually means high carb, low fat diet but getting fat in your diet is important for various things.
And please take vitamin supplements especially b12 if possible.
I know you are probably on this site due to some disordered eating but this is my advice regardless and I hope you will have fun!

skin cleared up so much! especially when I switched from vegetarian to full vegan! and you can eat more food for less calories coz everything is plant based, so i naturally lost weight without exercise.

I do terribly on a plant-based diet for some reason. Tried several times over the past 4 years and feel like I've tried everything - whole foods plant based (plus WFPL no salt, sugar or oil), starch solution, fruitarian, general HCLF, juicing, fully raw, potato cleanse, soup cleanse, LCHF etc etc. To be fair, I've only ever managed to stick to each of these for around 6-8 months at a time because of how bad I've felt, so it might have been some detoxing. I know tons of people that feel terrific on a plant-based diet, and have great benefits.
The food can be absolutely delicious - Okinawa sweet potatoes are my jam!
Good luck!
