I’ve been enjoying this delicious meal everyday. I’m vegan but I LOVE barbecue flavors and I’m kind of a low restricter. So I thought I’d share this recipe here.

First, I use a potato peeler to peel a medium carrot- (30-35 cals)
Take the shavings and put them in a bowl with 2 tbsp barbecue sauce- (60 cals for the one I was using)
Mix it up and add any spices here that you’d like
Put it on the stove and cover. I left mine for medium temperature for about 5 min, the sauce really marinated into the carrots and gave it more of a pork texture.
Remove from heat and place on any bread or crackers you like, I placed it on one slice of multigrain (90 cals)
Total : 180 cals

Sometimes I just eat it plain out of a bowl lol it’s so filling. And when I peel the carrot there’s so much shavings that even after I load it all on to a piece of bread I still have leftover on my plate.
