Weirdly didn't feel hungry today either, and the scale didn't budge this morning, which makes me worried that I'm eating more than I think I am. I'm hoping I'm just still holding onto weight from my mini-binge the other day. Mainly I just feel guilty for not being hungry. I feel like my ED is often more about punishing myself than about losing weight. I feel bad about the cookie today too since I wasn't hungry, but at least I'm still under my limit for today. Sorry I keep saying I'll stop talking so much but I keep talking anyway (not that I expect anyone to read it)

My fianceé wanted tortillas so I threw this together - had to have more than I was intending to keep under the radar. Honestly was delish, worth fasting the rest of the day, for sure.

Small Mission corn tortillas (224)
50g pulled turkey (56)
3 tbsp light sour cream (47)
40g black beans (30)
.2 cup corn kernals (30)
3 tbsp medium salsa (23)
2 tsp nutritional yeast (13)
4g spice mix (12)
.2 onion (11)
1/2 cup shredded lettuce (4)
8 slices jalapenos (4)

You'll need
Onion (1)
Paprika (1 1/2)
Aubergine (1/2)
zucchini (1/2)
Canned tomatoes (400gr)
Tomato paste (like 50gr?)
and spices/herbs, I always use salt, garlic powder, pepper, oregano and lots of rosemary!

The amount of veggies I used was pretty random and you can adjust it to your liking

Cut everything into bite sized pieces and let the Aubergine rest in salt water for at least 10mins, this will make it less bitter.

Add the onion and paprika into a big pot and saute them for a while (I didn't use olive oil but if you do it'll probably taste better )
Then add the canned tomatoes and tomato paste and let it simmer for a while, I also add water if it's too thick.
Then add your zucchini and finally rinse the aubergine pieces and add those. Add the spices and herbs to you liking, let it simmer until the veggies are cooked and voila

Recently I've realized that I don't know how this is going to continue. If I keep losing weight I'll end up in the hospital sooner or later, maintaining my weight on my own feels impossible to do (and wouldn't be exactly healthy either), and recover and gain weight is even more challenging.
It's like I don't even know what I'm doing this for. Seeing smaller numbers doesn't exite me, I don't have a goal weight anymore, I'm ruining my life and I can't stop and some part of me doesn't even care.

Hiya

I had a bunch of pain yesterday both physically and mentally but the headache was what really killed me. I woke up at like 2pm again today though I did wake up every couple of hours at 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm.. etc. but I never just.. felt like waking up really since it felt pointless? I'm not sure what today has to offer for me but we will have to see. I probably won't go for a walk today either but hopefully I can tomorrow. I am hoping to fix my schedule today. 

Here are the food pics from yesterday, I ended up having some tomato soup and a big tuna salad since being up at night makes me really depressed and hungry and I felt lonely, I felt like shit for eating but atleast it was a lot of protein.
