I’m back back back again
These months have been tough. The Covid situation is pretty bad in Italy, people die, there is no job, maybe there will be a new lockdown and there are protests and chaos.

I gained back all the weight that I had lost during the ABC ~ Round 2 , due to depression and anxiety.

I want to be a better version of me in 2021, so wish me good luck


I’m starting today:
November 2 - December 22

SW : 70 kg
BMI : 26

Calories Consumed : 494 / 500

Breakfast : none

Lunch : Chicken Cutlet - 198 kcal

Snack : Chocolate Cereals - 114 kcal

Dinner : Pesto Pasta - 182 kcal

Exercise : none

I’m so hungry!
It’s sad to say, but now my stomach is used to big plates >.<
But I’m happy to be on a diet again

Breakfast : none

Lunch : Pokè with Salmon - 325 kcal

Snack : none

Dinner : Vegetables - 96 kcal

Exercise : 265 kcal burned

I’m still hungry, my stomach is growling right now ahah
Do you have ideas for a low calories snack?
I wish I could find something to eat a lot without ruining the diet :/

I normally snack on rice/corn cakes, carrot sticks or satsumas for a low cal snack ʕ•̮͡•ʔ

Good luck! Low call snacks I like are pickles, sauerkraut, 35 cal packets of miso soup (I find these filling and satisfying cause of salt content lol), sf jello, clementines.

Next Monday I will start the Chloe Ting’s Movember program, it seems really fun.
I want a nice body, not only a weight loss

Sigh, 100 kcal are so few .-.
I’m not weighting because I don’t want to stress about it, but I’m a little anxious. I really would like to lose weight quickly

In these days I really hate myself, even if I’m following the diet. I feel so fat, that I’m ashamed of my body so I never go out.
