Breakfast : none

Lunch : Raw Pancake - 81 kcal

Snack : Two Tangerine - 63 kcal

Dinner : Simmenthal & Mushrooms - 115 kcal

Exercise : none


Week 1 Completed
I think that this time I will never weigh myself until the end of the diet. I don’t want to be discouraged

Lunch : Chicken & Spinach - 182 kcal

Snack : Banana - 80 kcal

Dinner : Strawberries & Chocolate - 96 kcal

Exercise : 287 kcal burned


Not a real lockdown, but now I can’t visit my family. The positive side is that I can continue to follow the ABC pretty easily.
Depression is not helping, but I’m doing my best to stay focused on the goal c:

Lunch : Two Bull’s Eye Eggs - 123 kcal

Snack : Clementine - 34 kcal

Feeling so bloated today, I got my period and it’s killing me. I’m laying in bed right now with my snoring frenchie.
Not so hungry, just tired and depressed lol

Almost binged on sushi, but I resisted.
I’m feeling a little dizzy, so I’m going to bed. I think I will read some thriller books all night.

I’m still hungry, my stomach is growling right now ahah
Do you have ideas for a low calories snack?
I wish I could find something to eat a lot without ruining the diet :/

 

I really love frozen grapes, only 3 cals per grape, so nice

In the past I have never be able to finish a diet, I always binged so much. I think that now I want so bad to make a change in my body appearance that I’m very focused on the challenge. Anyway, the ABC diet is very restrictive. Even if you eat 800 ~ 900 kcal extra you still will lose weight

Basically it’s a pancake mix from CleanFoods, they are low kcal because they are made of konjac flour and you can cook them with adding just water or milk. The taste it’s not the best, but it helps to feel full eating so little kcal.

CleanFoods also sells milkshakes and konjac pasta, but it usually bloated my belly.

Now my country is red zone in Italy, that means basically a lockdown. So I’m trying to create a routine so I won’t go crazy. But it’s very difficult :c

I’m so angry with myself. I can’t understand why my mind is so messed up, if I hadn’t eaten so much food now I could already be at my goal weight. It’s frustrating >.<

Forgot to mention that I completed the Week 2
This week and the next one are the most difficult, so If I succeed here I should have no problem with the rest of the diet, hopefully.
I’m not weighing, but I don’t see any difference at the mirror ..

Starting to feel dizzy during the days, I always had headache. But since I’m forced to stay at home, fortunately I don’t have so many things to do. I can lay at the bed as much as I need
