been living solely on watermelon for over a month, I've lost about 5kg, when I had my weigh in with my OP last week it wasn't as big a drop as the previous week which I cant understand?

What are other peoples results with this??

ive never tried with only watermelon, but i usually dont loose as much when im fasting for a longer period of time. dont know why, maybe starvationmode???? i have no idea.

It’s good to take a break day between mono’s to give your metabolism a little kick. I think I remember reading from Ana-lyzer back in the day that it’s best to take a break after 7-8 day’s if you’re long term monoing just so your body doesn’t get too used to it!
And wow congrats on a whole month! I did two days of a watermelon mono and I almost peed myself at work for having so much water!

I love watermelon! It’s a good mono food because it’s hydrating. I wish it were in season all year long. I think you should take a break and eat high protein for a few days and walk around a bunch. Your body adapts to things quickly, so it’s probably use to the watermelon now and is trying to slow down the weight loss.
